Michele Lerner is an experienced, award-winning freelance writer, editor and author who has been writing about real estate, personal finance and business topics for more than two decades. Michele won the Best Freelance Collection Award from the National Association of Real Estate Editors (NAREE) in June 2017.

Her book, New Home 101: Your Guide to Buying and Building a New Home, has assisted innumerable buyers through the process of purchasing a newly built home.
